You are cordially invited to take a look at our free event series SpotON. The focus is set on the meaning of sustainability within our plastics world.

Naturally, we are also facing and living up to the issues of recent times. Temporarily superseded by corona effects, but nevertheless more present than ever, the question of environmentally friendly, sustainable product development and a cautious, future-oriented use of resources arises. The plastics industry in particular is strongly influenced by these contemporary demands and the use of conventional plastic products is increasingly under observation. Topics such as product efficiency, the conscious use of resources, but also the awareness that plastics are indispensable to achieve the climate targets, determine the plastic industry substantial.

We would like to use the opportunity within this SpotON to inform you about some of the most important sustainable facts and main points in the plastics industry.

We are eagerly looking forward to our guest speaker __ Gerhard Zenz, Biesterfeld Interowa GmbH & Co. KG, in his presentation "Green – Greener – Sustainable!" he will deliver interesting facts concerning green materials with a special focus on the latest trends of polymeric materials. Furthermore, we welcome Dr. Andrea Winterstetter, Kraiburg TPE, an experts on the subject of TPE & recycling as speaker. Our __ Marc Kurz, Managing Director of SimpaTec, will demonstrate the simulation point of view regarding the topic of bio-plastics and provides interesting insights into options, possibilities and necessities.
