Beim Spritzgießen von Kunststoffbauteilen können kosmetische und mechanische Mängel, wie Bindenähte auftreten und zu einer lokalen Beeinträchtigung der mechanischen Eigenschaften führen. Bindenähte entstehen normalerweise, wenn zwei Fließfronten aufeinandertreffen und eine Fließlinie bilden. Wenn eine externe Last auf eine Bindenaht trifft, erhöht sich das Potenzial des Bauteils für mechanisches Versagen.

In diesem Webinar zeigen wir Ihnen, wie sie mit Moldex3D die Prozessbedinungen so optimieren, dass Bindenähte gar nicht erst enstehen. Eine hochqualitative Oberfläche ist somit garantiert.

Frais de participation

The participation fee entitles to take part in the individual event and includes the complete presentation material and all food and beverages for the respective period of time for one person. The accounting takes place directly after having registered. Cancellations up to 30 days before the event are free of charge. In case of a cancellation 2 weeks prior to the event we charge 70%; after that 100% of the participation fee.
