Break the limits in Austria

SimpaTec reinforces its presence in Austria with its own Location. SimpaTec’s new home in Austria is located at the Industriezeile 35 at Linzer Hafen within the premises of the new shipyard - Technologiedock Linz. The new shipyard offers the perfect combination of unique office spaces situated directly at the harbor and has an established and successful network which is already a leading competence center for innovative IT companies across the country. The harbor of Linz itself is to be constantly redesigned and modernized in the upcoming coming years. The harbor district is thus one of the most important and exciting development areas of the city and is already of crucial importance for the economic region of Linz. "The decision for Linz was not difficult", confirms Marc Kurz, Branch Manager of Reutlingen and new Managing Director in Austria. "In recent years, Linz has increasingly developed into one of the technology centers in Austria. We believe this to be the ideal location to establish new business relationships and to steadily expand them. Of course, the proximity to our customers as well as the university's environment is of particular importance to us. These are ideal conditions to realize our ambitious future plans for the Austrian market." Marc Kurz will now also be responsible for the location in Linz. A consistent step within his career at SimpaTec so far. Already since February 2013, he has been supporting the SimpaTec team as a sales manager of the branch office in Reutlingen. His duties include administrative duties as an authorized representative as well as the competent support for customers in southern Germany and Switzerland. “With Marc Kurz we are extremely pleased to have found an experienced Managing Director with enormous expertise in technical sales, tool and mold construction technologies and - of course - injection molding simulation on site, "confirms Cristoph Hinse. “We wish him and us all the best for the new assignment in Austria and a lot of success."
