You are cordially invited to take a look at our free event series SpotOn. The focus is on the subject “Optics - perfect perspective”.
Today's everyday life is hardly imaginable without optical products. They do not only comprise of obvious components such as glasses, cameras or projectors – the technology also plays a key role in application areas like measurement technology, automotive engineering, etc. Due to the wide range of applications, both the mechanical manufacturing processes for optical products and the materials used have to constantly face new challenges and - in addition - the question of alternatives – always considering the economic aspects by demanding highest quality standards.   

We are looking forward to our guest speaker __ Jonas Gerads, M.Sc., Scientific Assistant IKV Aachen, who gives us a practical insight into the development of a process optimization routine for plastic optics. We are already very excited.  

Furthermore, our __ Nuno Ribeiro Simões, Engineering Department of SimpaTec, will present current simulation optimization possibilities on the subject of "Multilayer injection molding for the production of thick-walled plastic optics”.

The event will be moderated by our __ Florian Aichberger, Sales Engineer, SimpaTec Austria. You are welcome to ask questions in the chat during the entire event. We are happy to answer the most important chat questions in the discussion at the end of the SpotOn.
