This time, our spot-on focuses on facts relating to the topic of an economical, resource-saving and future-oriented "component and tool design" in the plastics industry. Amongst others, we offer you a closer look at current possibilities, alternative ways and future developments for a smooth, mutual "data exchange between machine and simulation", the interaction of measurement technology, but also typical, avoidable errors in toolmaking.

We are eagerly looking forward to our guest speaker __ Patrick Schulte, Konstruktionsbüro Hein, who presents convincing facts in his presentation "Sustainable product development - rethinking begins with product development." He will show us the way towards automated production of tools and injection molded parts. KG, show us "The reliable and fastest way to evaluation - the colorful channel to a warpage model". __ Thomas Schneyer, b&w Software GmbH, impressively demonstrates "The power of surface parameters - Consistency of manufacturing information in tool design". __ Manuel Kaletsch, EWIKON Heisskanalsysteme GmbH, updates the audience on the latest news about "Optimized design of a hot runner manifold by automated thermal simulation". Our __ Marc Kurz, Managing Director of SimpaTec, will examine the topic "component and tool design" from the technical simulation aspect and explains options, current possibilities and necessities when using state-of-the-art CAE simulation tools in more detail.
