Material models play a crucial role in the accuracy of simulation results. The use of the Moldex3D Material API Solver enables the realization of the use of user-defined material models in Moldex3D to meet different simulation requirements.
The Moldex3D Material Wizard already provides users with extensive material data and a wide range of functions. This makes it possible to carry out precise and efficient simulations. At the same time, Moldex3D also offers a variety of classic material models for different material properties, which can essentially meet the daily requirements of users.
To better meet the specific needs of users Moldex3D Material API Solvers can now be used to define their own material models.
Currently, this C/C++ based solver allows users to create custom material properties such as viscosity, PvT behavior, thermal conductivity and heat capacity. These customized material models are used directly during the simulation calculation process. Of course, the key parameters of the models provided by Moldex3D can also be customized based on real test results.
The Moldex3D Material API Solver allows users to be extremely flexible and independent in defining the materials used when using Moldex3D for simulations to meet their personal requirements.
